7!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The DCFC game has definitely been the most fun thing I\u2019ve been able to do during the program that wasn\u2019t at my placement. \u00a0I\u2019ve always loved soccer but never realized Detroit had such an exciting soccer scene. \u00a0I really enjoyed being able to spend time with fellow DCBRPs because I typically have to spend most of my time studying :((. \u00a0The game had such a welcoming atmosphere, people of all ages and from all backgrounds joined together to cheer the team on. \u00a0I think my experience at the DCFC game is kinda a metaphor for my overall experience in Detroit this summer. \u00a0Over the past weeks I\u2019ve been opened up to so many different and new things Detroit has to offer, even though I\u2019ve lived so close to the city all of my life there are so many opportunities and cool things to do in the city that I\u2019ve never taken advantage of. \u00a0The welcoming atmosphere of the game is also something I\u2019ve seen during the program at large, especially at my placement I\u2019ve felt completely comfortable and welcome since the beginning. \u00a0This entire program has been
