I believe that the DCERP program is very enriching to students. Here at DCERP, I have the opportunity to step up and make a difference in communities. We first talked about what community means. Community is a sense of belonging which thrives on trust. This program makes sure to create a sense of \u201ctogetherness\u201d within its circle and outside of it too. DCERP also celebrates creative ideas and leadership. I was impressed how this program encourages the interns to help form the showcase. This way, we can really say that we had input on how things turned out. Being a part of DCERP has allowed me to further immerse myself in a solutions-based environment.
