Kelling is the author of the Broken Windows Theory. Yes, the man who wrote one of the most groundbreaking chapters in urban crime mitigation and could be named the academic father of community policing. Yeah,\u00a0I got to sit four feet away from him! (Can you tell I was totally geeking out?!) So imagine my joy when my supervisor handed out those little suspicious vehicle guides I posted about earlier.
