It’s difficult to try to divine a culture from the handful of people I have meet. So, I suppose one aspect of the DPS’ Central Office is that they’re independent. Following that, they’re hardworking, resourceful, and passionate, which is great considering that they’re the last line of defense against \u00a0dying school system. It does, however, seem that the struggle is never-ending, and they are graying from the combination of stress and middle age. But though they all function exceptionally independently, as a group, their diversity hatches dozens on dozens of solutions to DPS’ problems. Those that have worked-out have already taken them far, and all are determined to make the school system sustainable once again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
