I struggled with balancing my workload this week. \u00a0I was under a lot of stress from finishing all of my work for Chiwara and completing all of the personal responsibilities. \u00a0However, I was extremely fortunate to have such an understanding boss, Nate. \u00a0Nate and my site coordinator, Alan, were extremely kind to me. \u00a0They alleviated much of my stress and were able to help me out with my work. \u00a0I am extremely thankful and proud that I get to work for such wonderful people, and doing amazing experimental work with nature.<\/p>\n

Because I get to work with amazing people, I was able to develop an intense pride for working on a permacutlure project and working for Chiwara specifically. \u00a0Chiwara has a beautiful and educational vision of unifying the community together to improve the infrastructure of Highland Park and the living style of the people in the community. \u00a0With such a vision in placed, I want to work harder to achieve that goal. \u00a0I will continue to interact more with the people living in the community and will work harder to understand the different rules of permaculture.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
