So when I see things like\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.detroitnews.com\/story\/news\/local\/michigan\/2016\/07\/01\/university-michigan-environmental-health-grant\/86599152\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this<\/a>, I get to thinking. How much is this really going to help the people they are researching directly? DCBRP&#8217;s work is hands on in the community and gets us working here directly. But when I just hear &#8216;environmental health research&#8217; I get an uneasy feeling.<\/p>\n<p>Like our speaker Angela said, what will the communities these people are coming to be affected when they leave?
