The times are given in the context of a 14 week semester (that does not include a week of finals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First order equations<\/strong>\u00a0(linear, separable, quantitative analysis, and theory):\u00a0<strong>2 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Systems of two linear first-order equations<\/strong>\u00a0(background linear algebra, eigenvalues, eigenvectors):\u00a0<strong>3 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second order linear equations<\/strong>\u00a0(theory, constant coefficient homogeneous and nonhomogenous equations, applications):\u00a0<strong>2.5 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Laplace transforms<\/strong>\u00a0(definition, use):\u00a0<strong>3 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Systems of three or more linear first-order equations<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>2 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Systems of two first-order nonlinear autonomous systems<\/strong>\u00a0(stability, almost linear systems, linearization, modeling):\u00a0<strong>1.5 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sample Semester Schedules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sample day-by-day schedules from recent semesters are given below.&nbsp;
