I am nervous because this is my first international trip by myself, and I am excited to see my extended family in India. Originally from India, I moved at a very young age and haven&#8217;t seen India through the perception I have right now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite being a native, India still presents unique challenges. Navigating through these unprecedented challenges would perhaps prepare me for my future endeavors. Additionally, I am excited about my new internship which is pertinent to my academic goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Needless to say, experiencing India&#8217;s vibrant culture and heritage would be a mind-blowing experience. A multitude of architectural monuments that have been standing tall for thousands of years take us back to ancient times, giving us a glance at the past history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the while, I am also curious to see the political atmosphere as the elections just occurred, and the results were quite unexpected. It is always amusing to see and hear people&#8217;s strong opinions for a certain side, and India has a ton of those people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All in all, this trip will be very interesting experience for me, presenting me with new perspectives.
