More specifically, we wanted to know: What can the mise en scene in <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Smiling Madame Beudet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tell us about France\u2019s consumer\u00a0class in the 1920s?
