Abstract
In 2019, research was conducted to measure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in MSW Social Work curriculums from MSW Social Work faculties’ perspectives. In the study, faculty respondents were asked their opinions and experiences regarding gender in/equality. In the current study, we will used Chi-Squared tests to determine if there is a statistically significant difference in responses to prompts on gender in-equality based upon the respondents’ academic rank and sex. Our results show that although there is not a significant difference in responses to the prompts between the various academic ranks, there is a significant difference in responses between the respondents’ sex. We find that women are significantly more likely to report instances of gender inequality and bias than in their workplace and in the US than their male counterparts.
