Abstract
Our research direction for this project is embedded systems. In this project, we need to combine our designed C language control program and circuit board with an integrated chip. We continuously compress the cost of individual information transmission units through technological improvements. The appropriate sensor is selected for the specific problem and the information is transmitted via wire or Bluetooth and calculated in the terminal computer. After the project is completed, it can be used in the construction and maintenance of smart cities. Because of the low cost of the individual sensor feedback system, it can be placed in all corners of the city and detect the physical environment of the location to select the right type of sensor. The tool we need to use for our project is MPLAB, which is a C-based software that can do public work and programming for different types of boards and chips. Our project uses Intel’s AMR128DB48 chip, which has 48 signal incoming and outgoing interfaces, with different logic functions. Our project implements the functionality by first linking a physical sensor to the chip. This allows the chip to obtain information about the digital or analog circuitry from the physical sensor. The circuit information is then transmitted to the computer via a data line and decoded and computed by a pre-written C program. The results are then transmitted to the chip and sent to the cell phone terminal via the SIM card in the chip. After our research, we found that we can use MPLAB connected with microchips and sensors to measure and transfer certain environment data to our phone. We can use such a connection system to transfer temperature, humidity, distance, and other important data to our phone and let people do further analysis with this data.
