Abstract
In this project, I will be studying the effects of the EBF2 Variant through mice models. There are two cohorts of mice, each divided on gender and genotype (+/- or -/-). In this study, I will examine how the EBF2 variant impacts weight and glucose metabolism of mice inorder to better understand fat cells in obesity and lipodystrophy.
