Abstract
The human body is a very complex collection of systems. Decades of research and discoveries on various cardiovascular processes have aided in the development of medical technology that result in a greater life expectancy. Medical education involves complex physiological understanding. This project involves analyzing cardiovascular processes through medical research and generating digital models through the programming language OpenModelica in order to manipulate and test different cardiovascular situations. FMU, Java, and Bodylight programs were utilized in the compilation of all works into a singular simulator. This study is in its preliminary stages and the results are expected tentatively in April of 2023. The goal of this study is to explore a new simulation approach designed to enhance clinical reasoning. By assessing more closely reasoning processes throughout a simulation session, we believe that Simulation for Physiological Regulations will be an interesting and more effective approach for studying cardiovascular processes. The findings of the study will benefit medical educators, education programs, and medical students.
