Abstract
Children’s health routines are important for their health and well-being. A factor that influences the sustainability of children’s health routines is their autonomy, which is when upheld when children are able to make choices. The study aims to answer what role technology plays in the development and performance of children’s health routines, and what impact it has on their well-being. We also explore how children want technology to support their health routines. The project uses surveys and interviews to provide recommendations for the design of technology that can positively influence child health and well-being.
