Abstract
This study examines children’s trust in AI chatbots in a time where AI is introduced to children from a young age. In this study, we interview children ages 7-14 to identify how children’s ages and various experiences with AI impact how likely they are to place trust in these chatbots, go to them for different forms of information, and designate their answers as correct.
