Abstract
My research project aims to investigate how business leaders in highly-demanding positions are able to handle a range of demands and responsibilities while also maintaining order and efficiency. I also sought to answer whether these leaders viewed their leadership traits as inherent from a young age, or established overtime. With the information we gather, we will be able to summarize frameworks for establishing effective and durable leadership that can withstand obstacles such as stress, financial downturns, employee relationship conflicts, and so forth.
