Abstract
This project aims to explore the relationship between periodontitis and breast cancer cells. The Transcription factor array detects the activity between the breast cancer cells and the conditioned media. The conditioned media is derived from the bones of mice with and without periodontitis. The breast cancer cells are also derived from mice, specifically females. The main hypothesis states that the presence of periodontitis will reduce the proliferation of breast cancer cells.
