I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get to conduct my own research project on my own research interests, and to get paid to do it. I loved the independence that the program provided, and my cohort was a lovely group of people. Not only having this opportunity but also having a community of people going through it with me definitely made the work more engaging and enjoyable. And to future fellows, definitely take advantage of Ann Arbor summers!
