Abstract

Kidney diseases pose a major threat to humans. In order to improve kidney medicine standards we collected data from 30 biomarkers of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI). We aim to use the information and characteristics of these biomarkers like location, prevalence and type, to integrate kidney disease data and knowledge. We plan to organize these biomarkers in an ontological system
