Abstract

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly devastating disease with poor prognosis and rising incidence. Genes encoding the histone H3 lysine 4 methyltransferases MLL4 are subject to deletion and mutation in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). However, the impact of MLL4 mutation of PDAC progression is still known. In this study, we generate the engineered mouse model of PDAC with conditional expression of Kras and deletion of MLL4. We collect the pre-stage PDAC samples from LSL-KrasG12D/+;MLL4flox/flox;Pdx-1-Cre (KCM) mice and the comparing group, samples from LSL-KrasG12D/+;Pdx-1-Cre (KC) mice. Analyzing the single-cell suspension by mass cytometry (CyTOF) to investigate the impact of the deletion of MLL4 on the changing of tumor immune microenvironment.
