Abstract

Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancers for men and women in the Western World (Oeyen et al.). It is difficult to find the correct treatment for patients because it is very heterogeneous. Thus, each treatment must be carefully and methodically planned out. Our project aims to create spatial maps to classify the mutations and cell cycles for patients. This will enable medical professionals to better predict the outcomes of certain treatments. This poster focuses on the tumor segmentation aspect of our overall project.
