Abstract
This research project aims to gather data on whole health (nutrition, exercise, yoga, mental health, etc.) through a survey sent to students, healthcare workers, and veterans with the purpose of understanding how people of different lifestyles connect with whole health. Through this data, ways to improve health can be found; apps, articles, websites, and more can be created to aid the public in their journey towards living a healthy life in every aspect. The results of the survey create an understanding as to which aspects of whole health are the most important aspects to focus on when creating resources. The questions within the survey were created specifically to understand every segment of whole health for each group of people. The data collected has been analyzed by understanding correlations between answers and creating ways to help improve that population’s health. The results provided important information about how each population of people live differently in each aspect of whole health. The general population, as well as the specific groups being studied, will benefit from this research; every individual can connect with whole health.
