Abstract
This study explores leadership strategies, decision-making processes, and organizational challenges in the nonprofit sector through direct interviews with CEOs of major nonprofit organizations. By analyzing their perspectives on business efficiency, financial sustainability, team management, and impact-driven leadership, this research highlights key factors that contribute to successful nonprofit management. The findings provide insights into how nonprofit leaders balance mission-driven goals with operational effectiveness and adapt to challenges such as funding constraints, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth. This research contributes to the broader discussion on leadership in social enterprises and offers practical recommendations for aspiring nonprofit professionals.
