Abstract
Women face increased health risks following the menopause transition, but exercise can help mitigate chronic disease. Women’s exercise levels tend to decline in midlife, exacerbating their overall risk of chronic illness. This study aimed to explore midlife women’s perceptions of exercise and preferences for exercise programs.
