Instructional Design

The LSA Learning & Teaching Technology Consultants are available to assign in designing and implementing blog and website-based assignments. If you are new to WordPress, we can help with brainstorming assignments or projects that meet your course objectives. If you are an instructor that has used WordPress before, we can help with refining past assignments and brainstorming new ideas for your course. To work with an instructional consultant, please contact LSATechnologyServices@umich.edu to schedule an appointment.

WordPress Training for Instructors and Students

Instructor training is available on how to use WordPress – navigating the site, building pages, publishing posts, adding users, embedding media, etc. In addition, in-class, hands-on sessions are available for teaching students how to use WordPress and can be tailored to your assignments. To schedule instructor training or to request an in-class session, email LSATechnologyServices@umich.edu.
