Abstract
The goal of this study is to discover how unbiased stigma towards menstruation impacts women in the workplace. This is a highly relevant and continuously important discussion because unconscious biases may prevent women from career mobility and success. Menstruation is a natural and fundamental part of female healthcare, just as males have their own healthcare needs. However, the goal of our study is to explore how feminine health products are reacted to differently, depending on gender, and how this correlates to any unconscious biases that a person may hold.
