The University of Michigan Ojibwe instructional team (myself, Kayla Gonyon, and Dr. Cherry Meyer) seek funding to revise our existing material as well as create new, diverse, equitable, and inclusive (D.E.I) teaching materials for our program. This grant would enable our team to revise and deepen the materials available for teaching Ojibwe now and in the future. This D.E.I work will also further inclusion efforts by serving as a starting point for further collaboration with the stewards of the native community sites www.ojibwe.net and https://www.nokomis.org/.
