Abstract
This project examines the experiences of neurodivergent students with invisible conditions within higher education. Invisible conditions including ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and others often go unrecognized in traditional academic environments which creates barriers that are not immediately apparent to educators or peers. My research examines how students navigate tension between disclosure and privacy. As a result, many students rely on individualized coping strategies rather than institutional resources.
