Maddie Deutsch

Maddie is a senior at the University of Michigan majoring in Sociology with minors in Writing and Spanish. Maddie is working at a healthcare public relations firm following
graduation hoping to focus on digital campaigns in the disease advocacy space. She is a big fan
of the NYT’s podcast The Daily as well as any NPR’s radio show Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me.

Elyssa Moody

Elyssa, also known as E, is a senior at the University of Michigan majoring in Political Science with a minor in Modern Greek while also working as a manager at Joe’s Pizza. E is looking forward to spending the summer in Michigan with family before moving to a new to be determined city where she’s excited to get her career started in the hospitality and food industry. She is a big fan of The Daily by NYT as well as Crooked Media’s Pod Save America.
