This fellowship has been such a blessing. I’ve been afforded new opportunities as a result of it, and just being a part of this cohort has been such a joy. I’m grateful for all the people who have been unconditionally in our corners throughout these 10 weeks, rooting for us at every pass. The best part for me is knowing that God brought this opportunity to me in a way that could not have been planned if I tried!
I spoke with a woman in a different, much larger cohort who says she doesn’t experience the same level of closeness as we get to. I found myself feeling a bit down about not being able to enjoy as much free time with everyone, but now I appreciate the few things we have been able to do as a group, and the general level of endearment we have for each other.
This was an experience that I will continue to hold dear to me. It wasn’t perfect, by far – but it’s quite possibly the most fulfilling use of 10 weeks of my summer I could’ve had.
