My favorite singer is Maher Zain, he is a Swedish/ Lebanese singer. Maher has been such an inspiration and role model for me for a long time now. Here is one my favorite Maher songs, it’s called in shaa Allah which means “God willing”. There are four versions of the song one of each of those languages, Arabic, English, French and Malay. I usually listen to this song when I feel down and I feel much better after listening to it because it reminds me that there is always hope. I choose this song because I went through a lot of difficulties during summer balancing between research and working crazy number of hours every week but listening to this reminded me that there is always hope and that I should stay positive.
