This summer would not have been possible without the help of caffeine. That’s why I chose the song “Coffee” by Sylvan Esso. (I really like Sylvan Esso, it’s kind of this experimental electronic indie pop band.)
I have definitely overextended my energies a little bit this summer. But I lived, it worked out just fine, and I’m glad I got involved with everything I got involved in. l am lucky I had so much flexibility with when and where I could do research. That being said, it was definitely a struggle some weeks trying to jam 30 hours of research into three week days. Coffee has been my best friend these past 8 weeks.
