I grew up in a small town named Fenton, Michigan. The area was VERY conservative and religious which was not a good fit for me. When I finally had the chance to move, I knew I had to pick a college in a liberal area. Ann Arbor has been a great fit! While most of my day to day is consumed by college and sleeping, I enjoy a variety of activities including but not limited to:

My favorite place to travel is Hawaii! As half of my family is Native Hawaiian we have a lot of traditions and dishes that are important to continuing our culture. I have been back to my homeland 6 times now and every time it is a huge family reunion. While the beaches and the family are great but the real treat is Leonard’s Bakery Malasadas!

While this may classify as my favorite food, I get it so infrequently I had to pick another (plus I just really like food). So here is my favorite food:

You guessed it, CHIPOTLE. Sorry folks its affordable and tasty. I know its not authentic Mexican food but its good.
