This week went by really fast since the holiday was thursday and the office opened late on friday. Though i was excited to start a new project. My original Supervisor had took a vacation and would not be back until next so I work with a new supervisor. The project that she prepared for me, was the Mack Ave Business Association. This meant I had to catalog all of the business along Mack Ave and gives surveys to the business owners… I learned so much from this experience, I have a new found respect for people that canvas and survey neighborhoods because its actually quite hard work. Its a lot of walking and talking to people and plenty of follow-ups. Though its very rewarding work because you get to learn about the community and the people are usually very nice. So I continued surveying and cataloging Mack until the Holiday. The Holiday was fun because my family cooked and it was delicious!!.
