Week 8 – More (Creepy) Picture Taking =)

So this week all I did was take pictures! I had to finish taking pictures of houses that need to be demolished and houses that are in foreclosure. I tried to go early in the morning with thoughts that people would not be out, but I was wrong. Again it gets really weird and I felt like a creep when taking pics of foreclosed houses because some of these houses are still occupied by their owner.  I know it looks pretty skeptical with me sitting in my car taking notes about a house and then taking a picture so I would try to take the picture on the sly and then zoom off in my car in case anyone came out (which by the way happened while I was getting a picture… awkward!). Yes, I have a good reason and it was technically my job at the moment so if anyone had approached me about what I was doing I had my speech all planned out: “Oh hello there. I’m working at Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation and I’m just doing a survey of all the foreclosed houses in the community to see if there is something we could do to prevent these houses from going into the auction”. Sounds good right?? I hope so ..

In my last post I talked about how hot it was when I had to do these survey’s. This week it was really cool in the morning and since I’m anemic I was actually pretty cold. Oh the irony!!!! I guess I’ll just never be satisfied .. haha!
