Michael, Dorian, and I lead group meeting this week. Since it towards the end of the program we decided it would be a great idea to do trivia based on the people on the program. As we not only came up with the questions, I wondered how many would people actually get correct. Surprisingly, the DCBRP crew not only got them correct, but were able to do so relatively quickly.
I believe this shows the difference not only working, but living with people can make in your relationships. This summer, we became more than coworkers or even friends: we became family. Things like seminar and group meetings gave us a chance to get to know each other better and find similar interests, which led to us interacting more outside of those settings. As we prepare to move out of towers next week, I hope the friendships I made here this summer continue into the fall.
