So, this past week, I had the amazing chance to attend Netroots Nation and then a rally organized in part by my and other organizations. Netroots Nation is a conference for progressive activists, focused on making connections, improving skills, and forwarding causes. I tabled for my organization quite a bit, and had a chance to visit other organizations’ tables, such as Ultralight, a pretty cool seeming feminist movement.
Then, after the during the conference on Friday, we marched from Cobo Hall to Hart Plaza and demonstrated there. I was really impressed and excited to see Chris and Noor there. I’m posting many, many photos that I took on behalf of Food and Water Watch from the rally and the conference:
This rally is super awesome! Keep up the good work!
